Credit Card Authorization for Appraisal

Completing the form on the following page authorizes our Appraisal Management Company or BetterWay Mortgage Company to charge your credit card for the appraisal services rendered. This is a nonrefundable fee. The cost of the appraisal is reflected on your Loan Estimate and any credit card charge for appraisal services rendered will be accounted for as paid outside of closing. The amount range will be $400.00 to $800.00.
